What happens in 'The Happy Home Move':
- Pre-Move: Working with me during a 90 minute workshop to plan not only room-by-room where things are going but cupboard-by-cupboard, you will get your stuff pre-sorted into its forever home system before you move, so you are unpacking in easy chunks and not a million things with no order. I will work out your move preparation plan delivered to you in pdf format, including what 'Serene Space Dividers' (baskets) you'll need in the new home that can be pre-packed before the move and glide into their new locations on move day without the need to go item-by-item - plus access to video-based materials on the system.
- In-home action day: This is when the real magic happens! Your move day is orderly and free from stress, because you already know where everything is going to go and have it planned to glide into place. You’ll be unpacking with a plan because you are not going in blind, being forced to make organising decisions on the day that won't work long term (but will stay that way as let's face it, we only unpack once) - get it right first time and love it for the long term. Diana is either with you in-person (6 hours) or available virtually through the day to support and answer questions.
- Follow up: To ensure the move is a success, you and your household have to live the system. This is not just a one-off decluttering or organisation service and to ensure it's success, you will be briefed on site and in the initial workshop on the behaviours and mindset changes for long term successful serene living. I will direct you to the relevant video tutorials that will support this and we will further work on this in the two follow-up sessions.
